Serve as the use-case, solution, technical, and value expert for Celonis partners across NAM, from proofs to full transformations. •Partner with Partner Managers to deliver Celonis projects with partners end-to-end, from proofs to transformations.
•Provide solution engineering, project methodologies, and best practices so partners can successfully implement and use Celonis solutions.
•Conduct business and technical consulting to identify and develop high-value use cases addressing client challenges.
•Utilize generative AI tools and design AI solutions integrating modern data/AI platforms (e.g., Databricks, AWS, Microsoft).
•Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, value engineering, and services teams to support partner success and timely advisory resolution.

Salary: USD 92,000 - 108,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Management & Technology, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in IT Services, Management Consulting, Business Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, or similar areas.
•Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving ability to break down business problems into Celonis requirements.
•Interest or experience in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining, with in-depth business process understanding (e.g., supply chain, financial services, IT service management).
•Client-facing project management experience managing multiple projects concurrently; strong SQL foundation and proficiency in Python; practical AI tool and hyperscaler/data ecosystem experience (MCP servers is a plus).
