Sell vehicles and meet dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards. Build customer satisfaction through prospecting, discovery, demonstrations (including test drives), and guiding customers through delivery so they understand vehicle features, warranty, and paperwork. Set and pursue personal income goals, track and review performance regularly, stay current on inventory and product technology, coordinate with service/body shop for reconditioning, and participate in sales training and meetings.
