Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the Group’s long-term fleet procurement and aircraft trading strategy.
  • •Lead acquisition, trading, leasing and fleet phase-out activities with airframe/engine OEMs, lessors and aircraft trading partners.
  • •Advise senior executives on fleet investment, asset valuation and commercial risks.
  • •Own the full lifecycle of major airframe and engine purchase agreements, including structuring, negotiating, executing and amending while managing obligations and outcomes.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams and develop high-performing capabilities to drive sustainable value creation through procurement and asset management approaches.
