Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a power user and drive customer success with the Anomali platform.
  • •Own and lead the customer adoption lifecycle from onboarding to production maturity.
  • •Plan and lead QBRs/EBRs with analysts, directors, and CISOs to connect technical usage to business value and security outcomes.
  • •Identify expansion and renewal risk signals from usage data and stakeholder relationships, and surface them to CSM/AE partners.
  • •Address technical requests, resolve issues proactively, and coordinate with onboarding, support, engineering, sales, and product to advocate for customer needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (3 years relevant experience may substitute).
  • •5+ years in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or similar in a SaaS/technology company.
  • •Demonstrated experience presenting to and building trust with senior security leadership (Director/VP/CISO) and running QBRs/EBRs.
  • •Hands-on cybersecurity platform experience across areas such as SOAR, SIEM, firewalls, EDR/XDR, and security controls/logs.
  • •Expertise with at least one SIEM product (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Arcsight) including implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization.
