•Escalate cases in a timely manner to ensure resolution.
•Respond to customers with empathy, understanding their needs and deadlines.
•Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver timely resolutions.
•Document solutions and create written guidance on resolutions and procedures.

•Experience of working with customers

•Experience supporting customers to a high level of performance, productivity and customer satisfaction
•Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
•Ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
