Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and implement logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to improve operational performance.
  • •Plan, manage, and evaluate logistics operations with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies, and customers.
  • •Oversee quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs; manage and negotiate logistics rates and contracts.
  • •Analyze logistics trends and data to drive cost improvements and solutions to logistics problems (including imports/exports and customer issues).
  • •Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team while ensuring compliance with company directives and HSE policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant logistics experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Advanced logistics management expertise across transportation, inventory control, and supply chain optimization.
  • •Proficiency with logistics software/systems to analyze data, optimize routes, and streamline warehouse operations.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferred SAP functional skills.
  • •Strong leadership and strategic planning skills to manage logistics teams and drive performance and operational objectives.
