Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and maintain capital reporting for regulatory requirements and rating agencies, including preparation, review, and explanation of results for all partners
  • •Analyze and manage capital impacts of corporate strategies, plans, and structural changes to influence our capital position over time
  • •Be a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing recommendations on capital efficiency, optimization opportunities, and tradeoffs
  • •Lead on cross-functional capital projects across the organization, partnering with CFO organization and FP&A, CRO and Risk Management, Asset & Investment Management, Tax and Accounting, Reinsurance and external partners
  • •Develop, enhance, and govern capital projection models used for internal management, regulatory filings, and rating agency submissions

Key Requirements
