Job Summary

Lead and coordinate bid/tender processes from RFP/RFQ receipt to submission, producing high-quality content to support bids, tenders, and renewals. Collaborate with Account Managers, Product & Propositions, Marketing, Pricing, Legal and Operations to coordinate and manage new and existing tender projects across UK Insurance and Health Clinics. Ensure tenders are compliant, on-brand, and persuasive to maximize Bupa scores.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate the bid/tender process from RFP/RFQ receipt to submission, producing high quality content for bids, tenders, and renewals.
•Produce clear and persuasive responses to tender questions ensuring consistent tone, messaging and compliance.
•Collaborate with Account Managers, Product & Propositions, Marketing, Pricing, Legal and Operations to coordinate and project manage new and existing business tender projects.
•Work across multiple service lines for UK Insurance and Health Clinics and engage in client engagement activities.
•Develop project plans for new business and renewal activity, lead win theme development, oversee presentations, and improve bid/tender processes.

Key Requirements

•Previous copywriting/bid writing experience is essential, preferably in a business development context.
•Understanding of the tender process and the role of copywriting to deliver successful outcomes.
•Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills.
•Familiar with copywriting/bid writing styles for long and short form documents and digital activity.
•Educated to degree level.
