Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute Hello Heart’s national Consultant Relations strategy with the Chief Growth Officer, Consultant Relations team, and Sales leaders.
  • •Elevate the Consultant Relations function by improving strategy, operating cadence, market coverage, and commercial impact.
  • •Lead, develop, and selectively scale the Consultant Relations team to deepen consultant engagement at national and local levels.
  • •Integrate Consultant Relations into the sales motion and translate consultant relationships into measurable pipeline, bookings, and engagement.
  • •Serve as a senior external voice in the consultant market and bring consultant feedback and market intelligence back into go-to-market strategy.

Salary: USD 260,000 - 280,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience directly leading Consultant Relations, with proven experience owning national consultant strategy.
  • •12+ years of experience in employee benefits, benefits consulting, healthcare, digital health, or an adjacent business.
  • •Deep, active senior relationships across major consulting houses, including national and regional firms.
  • •Proven experience building, managing, and developing high-performing Consultant Relations teams.
  • •Strong commercial orientation, with experience influencing pipeline, bookings, sales strategy, and revenue outcomes.
