Job Summary

Join the monetization technology team building and operating large-scale, globally distributed, fault-tolerant ads systems. As a graduate SRE, you’ll improve the full lifecycle of ads systems from design to launch, help deliver highly available services across multiple data centers, and develop reliability tools. You’ll monitor availability and latency, practice incident response and postmortems, and participate in on-call rotations across continents.

•Improve the full lifecycle of Ads systems from system design consulting through launch reviews, deployment, operation, and refinement.
•Build availability for services deployed across multiple data centers globally.
•Deliver tools/software to improve reliability, scalability, and operability of services.
•Measure and monitor availability, latency, and overall service health.
•Practice sustainable incident response and postmortems, and participate in on-call rotations across continents.

Key Requirements

•Final year or recent graduate in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Strong expertise in Unix/Linux operating systems and IP networking.
•Experience programming in at least one of C, C++, Java, Python, Perl, or Go.
•Experience with problem solving, application issues, or production operations.
•Experience automating routine tasks, with effective communication and a strong sense of ownership.
