Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries via email, telephone, and online platforms, providing timely and professional responses.
•Provide detailed information about wedding planning services, packages, and processes to prospective and current clients.
•Assist in scheduling initial consultations and subsequent meetings between clients and wedding planners.
•Liaise between clients, planners, and external vendors to ensure clear, consistent, accurate communication.
•Address and resolve client concerns with patience, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach while maintaining and updating client records in the CRM system.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26 - 39 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as customer service, client relations, or administrative support.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanour.
•Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong rapport with diverse clients.
•Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software is advantageous.
