Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage endpoint security for client systems through software deployments, installations, patching, and security tools across Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu.
  • •Administer endpoint management solutions across operating systems using KACE/Tanium and Workspace One (and potentially mobile OSs).
  • •Manage EDR solutions (including CrowdStrike) and implement comprehensive endpoint protection for operational efficiency.
  • •Manage browser security using extensions and agents, and enforce DLP and Endpoint Privileged Management within a zero-trust model.
  • •Develop custom deployment scripts and troubleshoot virtual machines running Windows and Ubuntu.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in engineering, administration, and UEM systems (e.g., KACE, JAMF, SCCM, Workspace One, Intune) with a High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • •23 years of experience collaborating with EDR and DLP security systems or overseeing related platforms such as CrowdStrike or Proofpoint.
  • •Hands-on expertise supporting Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu endpoints.
  • •Experience with scripting and packaging implementation for macOS, Windows, and Ubuntu.
  • •Experience writing technical documentation and procedural materials (SOPs and administration/support guides) for multiple audiences.
