Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily production-floor inspections, identify unsafe conditions, and take corrective action as needed.
  • •Lead safety audits and ensure adherence to HACCP and USDA regulations.
  • •Maintain food safety and food quality plans, train safe operating procedures (including lock-out/tag-out), and ensure tasks follow product specifications.
  • •Track and analyze production yields, efficiencies, and variances to improve workflows and equipment use, reducing downtime and costs.
  • •Direct hourly employees during shifts, lead daily floor walk-throughs and monthly line meetings, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •Experience leading by training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process or project.

  • •Ability to motivate, train, and coach employees in a positive, respectful, team-oriented environment.
