Job Summary

Maintain the safety and functionality of production equipment, machinery, and facility building/grounds to support efficient product manufacturing. Troubleshoot machine failures, recommend and perform repairs, and install/replace components as needed. Record malfunctions and adjustments, run tests to ensure proper operation and quality alignment, and complete preventative maintenance and inspections. Coordinate with operators and technicians, support contractors with maintenance needs, and follow safety permits and practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the safety and functionality of machines, equipment, and facility building/grounds to ensure efficient production.
•Remove and install machine components for safe, efficient operation of production equipment.
•Troubleshoot machine and equipment failures, determine causes, and recommend repair solutions.
•Collaborate with machine operators, process technicians, and material handlers to address machine failures and component needs.
•Perform preventative maintenance and inspections, and complete required safety permits, assessments, and practices.

Key Requirements

•Experience in crane and rigging operations.
•Experience in hydraulic and schematic repairs.
•Experience working with electrical 460VAC and electrical schematics.
•Forklift training and certification (provided by company as necessary).
•Lockout/Tag out and hot work training (provided by company) plus ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
