Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations are adhered to, reviewed, updated, and communicated.
  • •Document, investigate, and drive recommended improvements for accidents.
  • •Complete and regularly review risk assessments for equipment and operations.
  • •Inspect workplaces to identify health, safety, and environment issues, hazards, and deficiencies and assist with resolution.
  • •Maintain health and safety training records and run documented inspection and audit programs, including monthly checks of fire extinguishers, hose cabinets, and first aid kits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
  • •Occupational Safety and Health Diploma plus NEBOSH General Certificate or NEBOSH International Diploma, and an ADVETI Certified OSH Practitioner qualification.
  • •Relevant industry certifications such as HSE Auditor, first aid, CPR and firefighting certifications.
  • •5+ years of HSE experience within heavy manufacturing industry.
  • •Experience conducting inspections, risk assessments, and producing regular reports to stakeholders while supporting documentation and coordination activities.
