Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, conducting complex and standardized transactions, and uncovering needs with accurate records and proper handling of monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs and Online and Mobile banking, to improve their banking experience.
  • •Support the team sales process via outbound calls, checking for client offers, identifying needs/opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate specialists.
