Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive verification architecture, methodology, and sign-off strategies for next-generation HBM designs.
  • •Develop verification plans, coverage strategies, and sign-off criteria to ensure readiness for build integration.
  • •Architect and implement UVM-based testbenches and reusable verification components.
  • •Apply formal verification techniques for critical blocks and drive verification completeness and quality.
  • •Collaborate with build teams and mentor verification engineers on guidelines and advanced methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of design verification experience, with preference for pre-silicon verification and/or DDR/GDDR/LPDDR memory and SerDes PHY verification.
  • •Expert-level proficiency in SystemVerilog, UVM, and advanced verification methodologies.
  • •Strong experience with formal verification tools and techniques for critical blocks.
  • •Hands-on experience with simulation, coverage analysis, and regression management.
  • •Experience mentoring/leading verification engineers and influencing technical direction; comfortable with AI internal tools (Copilot/Claude).
