  • •Execute manufacturing operations using advanced hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair skills.

  • •Prioritize operator work to achieve on-time delivery goals; handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • •Maintain daily records and complete transactions in production systems (MES, NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, Tableau), then report production progress, blockers, risks, and needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 37 - 49 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years’ experience in production-oriented manufacturing or electro-mechanical technician fields.
  • •Prior experience leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience using ERP/MES systems, including NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, and Tableau.
  • •A full understanding of the product life cycle (NPI to scaled production), LEAN manufacturing principles, and change management (ECOs).
  • •Can interpret technical documentation such as mechanical drawings, work instructions, equipment specs, and electrical schematics.
