Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders and perform repair and maintenance work in assigned service stalls per dealership and factory standards.
  • •Diagnose vehicle malfunctions, determine appropriate repair solutions, and inspect vehicles to identify additional safety or service needs.
  • •Communicate with the parts department for needed components and save/tag parts for warranty claims or customer requests.
  • •Document all work performed accurately, road-test vehicles when required (or coordinate with the test technician), and keep customer vehicles clean throughout service.
  • •Supervise and mentor apprentice technicians and maintain current knowledge of factory technical bulletins and training classes while following all safety and hazardous waste disposal policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 46 hourly

  • •Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • •Authorization to work in the United States.
  • •ASE certification or equivalent manufacturing/automotive training.
