Key Responsibilities

•Carry out hands-on inspections of plant and equipment in locations such as factories, warehouses and other commercial premises.
•Work closely with Engineer Surveyor Team managed by Senior Operations Team Leaders.
•Prepare reports of examination following inspections using electronic reporting for fast delivery to clients.
•Assess installations, anticipate problems and help clients ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
•Examine equipment including pressure vessels and boilers as an integral part of Allianz Engineering.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 45,539 annually

Key Requirements

•Candidates must hold at least a Level 3 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline—preferably Mechanical Engineering or be actively working towards an equivalent credential.
•Background working with steam generation, compressed air and associated plant ideally with manufacturing (QA and production), maintenance and operation, repair and site inspection experience.
•Strong customer interaction skills are essential, including good oral and written communication skills.
•A holder of a full valid UK driving licence.
•Time management skills are essential as you will be required to independently organise your week’s work in an effective manner.
