Job Summary

Support program cost controls, financial forecasting, earned value management, and contract deliverables across assigned development programs within the AET & IKCA Finance team. Responsibilities include financial analysis, reporting, cross-functional coordination, and use of Raytheon financial systems (SAP, APEX, PRISM) to enable compliant cost collection and informed program leadership decisions. Onsite in Tucson with DoD Secret clearance.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute monthly and quarterly contract deliverables
•Manage Inter-Organizational Transfers (IOTs) with partner business units, including funding alignment and scope tracking
•Support development of monthly financial forecasts for the portfolio in RPlan
•Provide financial analysis and support to program leadership to enable compliant cost collection and reporting
•Support program controls reporting and executive-level briefing activities

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
•Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience
•Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
•Experience organizing, preparing, and presenting information to management and business teams
•Experience interpreting and analyzing financial data sets
