Key Responsibilities

  • •Performs as Pilot Flying or Pilot Monitoring, assisting the Captain in managing flight deck work by monitoring flight progress and cockpit crew performance.
  • •Conducts flights in accordance with the Airline's Operations Manual and regulations to ensure safe operation of the aircraft.
  • •Coordinates with Captain and Dispatch Team prior to each flight to ensure crew readiness with required information (aircraft status, route, weather, fuel, weight, roles).
  • •Carries out checks, records, and documentation tasks for flights (take-off data, fuel requirements, flight plan).
  • •Uses systems and forms to record data (log book, CFP) and verifies data with Captain.
  • •At stations without qualified personnel, checks fuel type and supervises fueling to ensure proper distribution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 500 hours of flying; Airbus A320 experience preferred
  • •Experience with low-cost airlines is highly desirable
