Job Summary

Oversee end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes with a shared service provider to ensure accurate, efficient financial operations. Prepare financial statements, management reports, board materials, manage intercompany transactions and capital projects, and lead GST reporting and treasury activities. Monitor accounts receivable and aged balances to drive cash collection, strengthen controls with audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and partner with stakeholders on budgeting, special projects, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee O2C and P2P processes with a shared service provider to ensure smooth financial operations.
•Prepare financial statements, management reports, board materials, and oversee intercompany transactions, capital projects, GST reporting, treasury, and statutory financial reporting.
•Monitor accounts receivable, perform sales reconciliations, analyze aged balances, and drive timely cash collection via root cause analysis.
•Strengthen financial controls by supporting internal and external audits, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, process improvements, and risk mitigation.
•Partner with business stakeholders to improve financial performance, support budgeting and special projects, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting with strong exposure to Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
•Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, auditing, GST reporting, and intercompany accounting.
•Proficiency in SAP/S4HANA, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting/ERP systems.
•Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with knowledge of accounting standards and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
