Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Minimum 8 years in technical leadership roles such as Technical Program Manager, Chief Engineer, Lead Engineer, or similarly relevant positions.
  • •Leadership experience managing engineering teams and executing projects for aerospace or defense programs.
  • •Deep experience developing VTOL platforms and broad exposure to aircraft concepts, design layouts, stability, control architectures, and propulsion concepts.
  • •Hands-on experience developing and deploying autonomous systems, especially in rotorcraft or large UAS; plus eligibility to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
