Key Responsibilities

  • •Support stakeholders in developing yearly procurement plans and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • •Assist with preparing Requests for Expression of Interest and/or pre-qualification, including evaluation of unpriced commercial aspects and bidder lists.
  • •Support end users in preparing scopes of work and collecting required information and documents.
  • •Organize and attend pre-tender meetings, support site visits with bidders, and prepare recommendation for award and Letter of Award, including bid-period correspondence.
  • •Interpret contract terms and provide administrative support (e.g., bank guarantees, insurances, invoices), maintain contract logs/files, handle variations/claims, submit amendments, and support contractual close-out.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or a related field; master’s degree is a plus.
  • •Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a similar role, including pre-award and post-award contract management.
  • •Good knowledge of procurement regulations and industry standards.
  • •Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with strong analytical and research skills.
  • •Ability to understand strategic issues and collaborate effectively across all organization levels.
