Key Responsibilities

  • •Own architecture and major technical decisions across group products and platforms.
  • •Review critical systems, architecture, infrastructure, and code directly.
  • •Set engineering standards for reliability, security, performance, testing, and code quality.
  • •Identify technical debt and architecture constraints and drive their resolution.
  • •Improve engineering productivity, development speed, and production reliability; recruit and assess engineering leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep software engineering background building and scaling production systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of backend systems, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.
  • •Experience making architecture decisions across multiple products or engineering teams.
  • •Strong technical judgement to challenge engineering decisions at implementation level.
