  • •Lead product direction for major AI Neobank app areas and own product standards and success metrics.
  • •Define priorities, roadmap, and product success across multiple features or squads.

  • •Collaborate across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.
  • •Drive launch quality, post-launch learning, and continuous improvement while translating constraints into product decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features, owning direction and outcomes across workstreams or squads.
  • •Ability to balance strategy, execution, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes to define priorities and roadmap.
  • •Strong judgment on prioritization, trade-offs, and product sequencing in a fast-changing environment.
  • •Experience leading or mentoring PMs/Product Owners and cross-functional squads is a strong advantage.
  • •Ability to simplify complex financial products into usable user journeys, with fintech/insurance/payments or regulated products experience preferred.
