Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the complete project execution to ensure rapid, high-quality delivery aligned with project objectives.
  • •Provide architectural and system-design guidance; apply technical knowledge to solve complex problems and validate solutions.
  • •Mentor senior engineers to develop ownership, technical expertise and leadership; encourage initiative and knowledge sharing.
  • •Oversee various phases of the ADMS project lifecycle (workshops, model requirements, single‑line displays, business processes, FAT/SAT testing, defect management, performance optimization, and patch quality inspections).
  • •Coordinate with internal teams to ensure integrated delivery and support external integrations and on-site testing.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree required; a master's degree is an asset.
  • •At least 10 years of experience in project implementation or operation, preferably in the utility sector.
  • •Willingness to travel up to 25% (national and international).
  • •Language requirement: French at least A1 and English at C1; interaction with international clients.
  • •Knowledge of latest sector standards and trends; experience with electricity utility SCADA/EMS/DMS/OMS/DERMS or related operations/support/analysis.
