Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot OS-level issues including service dependency failures, OS performance degradation, and log analysis using Event Viewer.
•Perform Active Directory user/group management and manage access permissions using NTFS and share permissions.
•Troubleshoot DNS/DHCP issues at L1 depth.
•Support patching cycles including pre-checks, post-validation, and failure reporting.
•Coordinate with backup teams for restore requests and troubleshoot RDP issues such as login failures and profile corruption.

Key Requirements

•1–3 years Windows Admin/NOC experience.
•Good understanding of AD, GPO basics, Windows services, and networking basics.
•Familiarity with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) basics.
•Perform user/group management in Active Directory.
•Manage access permissions using NTFS and share permissions.
