Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end design of mobile-first product experiences across the WHOOP ecosystem, from early concept development through launch and iteration.
•Partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define product direction, and deliver meaningful outcomes for members.
•Translate complex member needs, business objectives, and technical constraints into intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences.
•Leverage qualitative research, quantitative data, experimentation, and product judgment to inform design decisions and measure impact.
•Balance long-term product vision with near-term execution, helping teams make thoughtful tradeoffs while maintaining a high bar for quality.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience designing consumer digital products, including significant experience shipping mobile applications.
•A portfolio demonstrating strong end-to-end product design skills, visual craft, and measurable user or business impact.
•Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through execution.
•Strong systems-thinking skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive user experiences.
•Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and product strategy.
