Senior Specialist, Non-Financial Reporting

Own delivery of the group’s annual CSRD-compliant non-financial reporting, coordinating data collection across brands and operating countries. Partner with internal stakeholders and Investor Relations to develop stakeholder-facing materials and manage investor queries, while leading EU Taxonomy reporting, non-financial risk assessment, and alignment with frameworks such as ESRS, GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB and (potentially) CDP. Support external assurance and evolve processes, controls, and reporting readiness as regulations change.
