  • •Manage employees and first-level managers performing business management activities in Program Management.
  • •Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies, procedures, and provide input on business/technical strategies, goals, and objectives.
  • •Acquire resources for department activities, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
  • •Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes; establish and improve Program Management Best Practices (PMBP).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in a role requiring project/program management to meet cost, schedule, and technical baseline requirements.
  • •3+ years in a management role working with direct reports and business unit leaders.
  • •3+ years using RIO (Risks, Issues and Opportunities) processes and tools.
  • •3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • •Require an active Secret Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
  • •(Additional preferred) Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering.
