Key Responsibilities

  • •Source, track, and maintain a high-volume pipeline while keeping strong communication with stakeholders.
  • •Get onto the floor to understand the product, technical roadmap, and manufacturing reality to pitch opportunities credibly to operators.
  • •Translate hiring gaps into throughput and revenue impact to drive urgency and prioritization with hiring managers.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of sourcing for technical roles and engaging top-tier talent.
  • •3+ years of client-facing experience with hiring managers and directors, delivering pipeline progress against new requirements.
  • •Deep manufacturing engineering, production, and/or supply chain fluency (e.g., takt times, cycle times, throughput, yield) and history recruiting manufacturing roles.
  • •Operationally minded approach: work effectively with manufacturing and straight-shooting operations leaders, identify problems early, and bring solutions.
  • •Experience hiring candidates with U.S. security clearances and working knowledge of applicant tracking/HRIS systems.
