Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and own design criteria, requirements, and verification approaches for new satellite systems, improving them with stakeholder engagement.
  • •Perform peer review of hardware designs and acceptance/qualification test campaigns, approving plans when hardware is ready for launch.
  • •Guide engineers through the SpaceX design process and ensure design criteria/requirements are followed across satellite design, manufacturing, and test.
  • •Provide development input (analysis or test recommendations) across electrical, structural, and radio frequency systems.
  • •Own configuration management for satellites to ensure bill of materials accuracy and track satellite changes across the fleet.
