Category Lead

Own end-to-end strategic sourcing for indirect spend categories globally, driving cost optimization, supplier performance, and compliance. You’ll build and execute category strategies, conduct market and spend analysis, lead RFI/RFP and contract negotiations, and manage supplier relationships. Partner with internal stakeholders across engineering, Capex, and MRO areas, present category performance reporting to senior management, and mentor junior procurement professionals while improving procurement processes using best practices and tools.
