Senior Backend Engineer (Rust)

Design, build, modernize, and operate production backend services for the Host Engineering team. As a hands-on senior individual contributor, you’ll focus on service architecture, APIs, data flows, reliability, observability, deployment quality, and production readiness. Own backend components end-to-end, debug complex issues across services and pipelines, and improve monitoring and incident learning. Collaborate across product, infrastructure, security, and operations to deliver dependable backend capabilities.
