Job Summary

Build and evolve Compass’s cloud-based platform at the center of the real estate agent experience. Design and implement distributed, event-driven microservices, independently lead delivery of complex projects, and perform code/design reviews while writing high-quality tests. Own services end-to-end, improve developer experience by removing bottlenecks, and create clear technical documentation. Work with cloud services and CI/CD across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of software engineering experience using languages such as Java or Golang.

•Experience with Kafka and Ruby on Rails is a plus.
•BS in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience).
