Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct cash and negotiable-item transactions, including loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • •Assist with balancing vault, ATM, night drop, and coin machine as assigned.
  • •Set up, close, and balance teller station while maintaining teller area organization.
  • •Assist customers with inquiries in person or by telephone.
  • •Cross-sell bank products and services, cross-train for opening basic new consumer accounts, and complete required BSA/AML compliance training.

Key Requirements

  • •Equivalent to four years high school or GED, with emphasis on office skills or related coursework.
  • •0 to 6 months related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
