Build next-generation AI search systems by combining end-to-end generative modeling with foundation models. Work on personalized ranking and ultra-large-scale retrieval and ranking, leveraging multimodal pre-training and LLM-based agent technology to better handle complex, ambiguous multi-turn queries. Partner with the Search Team to improve user search experience and satisfaction through research-driven improvements to search performance and intent.
