Job Summary

Own data management and portfolio services support within Investment & Distribution Services, providing global subject-matter leadership for complex, cross-region issues. •Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations to resolve complex production issues across regions, functions, and vendors.
•Own critical production issues, ensuring they are resolved accurately and efficiently as the escalation point.
•Liaise with stakeholders (Investments, Compliance, and service providers) on cash-related concerns and build strong business relationships.
•Lead research, analysis, implementation, documentation, training, and project management for new business requirements and systems implementations.
•Establish and refine global support/oversight models, ensure SOPs are documented and cross-trained, and mentor global team members.
