Job Summary

Facilitate virtual training and onboarding programs for Sales, Service, Success, and Trust & Safety teams, ensuring they have the product knowledge and selling/support processes to succeed. Deliver continuous upskilling and learning sessions, coach frontline teams, and improve programs using participant feedback and performance metrics. Partner cross-functionally with enablement design and frontline teams, and also train Thumbtack Pros and customers to improve product understanding and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct interactive virtual training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer.
•Organize and deliver onboarding training for Sales, Service, Success, and Trust & Safety new hires.
•Facilitate ongoing learning initiatives covering product developments, industry trends, and customer engagement best practices.
•Evaluate training effectiveness using participant feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve.
•Collaborate with enablement design, product operations, and frontline teams; facilitate training for Thumbtack Pros and customers.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years in training, enablement, or a related role, preferably focused on sales, customer support, or technical support enablement.
•Ability to engage virtual audiences and create interactive learning experiences.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentations and instructional materials.
•Experience tailoring training approaches to diverse learning styles and organizational needs.
•Familiarity with virtual training best practices and learning management systems (LMS) and other digital training tools.
