Job Summary

Formateur régional, reporting to a Regional Training Manager, responsible for piloting and delivering the regional training strategy in line with commercial priorities. You will animate on-site and remote sessions, develop content, coach field teams, track KPIs, and act as a business partner for the regions within Sephora France.

Key Responsibilities

•Pilot the regional training strategy aligned with commercial priorities and the Learning & Development strategy.
•Lead and animate regional training activities, including catalog trainings and on-site coaching.
•Monitor and challenge training KPIs, and present analyses to regional leadership.
•Act as a business partner to regional teams (Directeurs Régionaux and HR Managers).
•Contribute to content creation and manage projects within the learning & development ecosystem.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Experience in delivering trainings (in-person and distance learning) across field teams
•Ability to travel across France to support regions
•Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and office tools (pack Office)
•Fluency in English is a plus and training content development experience
