Head of Patient Growth Marketing

Own and scale patient growth marketing across paid acquisition, lifecycle (email/SMS/push), and organic channels. Build foundational martech and measurement systems (attribution, incrementality, MMM), and create creative systems that accelerate testing velocity. Lead and grow a technical, creative growth marketing team, align patient and provider growth to prevent cannibalization, and partner closely with Engineering, Data, Product, Finance, Business Ops, and Provider Marketing to drive repeatable outcomes.
