Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and own growth surfaces across the iOS mobile funnel, including install, activation, onboarding, lifecycle, conversion, retention, and paid upgrade moments.
•Lead end-to-end experiments (hypothesis, instrumentation, implementation, analysis, rollout) using flag-driven and server-driven patterns.
•Own in-app purchase and paywall surfaces, including billing integrations, subscription/credit flows, entitlement correctness, and pricing/packaging experiments.
•Build push and lifecycle notification experiences that earn opt-in and use instrumentation to prove they drive retention.
•Optimize app store performance and attribution and partner with web and design engineers to keep onboarding and nudges consistent across web, iOS, and Android.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 405,000 annually

•3+ years of professional iOS mobile engineering experience shipping consumer apps at meaningful scale.
•Strong native iOS skills (Swift/SwiftUI/Objective-C) with willingness to flex across the stack to unblock work.
•Experience owning a full release cycle, including phased rollouts, store review, crash/regression monitoring, and safe rollbacks.
•Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation platforms (Eppo, Statsig, Optimizely, or in-house equivalents) inside a versioned app.
•Ability to make data-informed decisions by pulling, segmenting, and interpreting your own funnel data.
