Job Summary

Own and localize the client experience strategy across a cluster of facilities, ensuring patient-facing services align with Mediclinic standards. Lead a team of client relations professionals, manage complex complaints, and improve CX performance using indicators such as NPS, compliments, and feedback. Coach staff on service behaviours, deliver patient journey improvements and local CX campaigns, and represent client experience in SLT and cross-functional committees.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute and localize the cluster client experience strategy and advise senior leadership on service priorities and pain points.
•Monitor and manage CX performance indicators (e.g., NPS, complaints, compliments) and align departments to client-centred standards.
•Lead, develop, and coach the CX team; oversee handling and resolution of patient complaints and complex cases.
•Drive culture and staff engagement through service walkthroughs, mystery shopper audits, and coaching feedback.
•Lead local campaigns and journey improvements in collaboration with regional teams and represent client experience in SLT and cross-functional committees.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare operations or client experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role managing people and performance.
•Lead multidisciplinary service delivery and client engagement initiatives.
•Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a relevant field.
•Experience administering and using client satisfaction platforms (e.g., Cemplicity, Press Ganey).
•Ability to build exceptional client relationships and manage complaints, with strong English communication (Arabic advantage).
