Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive UC process improvement and deliver specifications of existing UC architecture to enable solutions that are implemented, managed, and delivered.
  • •Lead planning, securing, and forecasting of enterprise UC initiatives globally, and architect/implement/operate new UC solutions for a mission-critical service.
  • •Define UC system architectures that improve reliability and ease of maintenance, and lead UC integration and interoperability across applications and platforms.
  • •Design and implement monitoring and reporting with quality metrics; provide fault isolation support and performance management for enterprise UC services.
  • •Create and maintain technical artifacts (design, standards, implementation, assessment) and provide training/webinars/whitepapers while communicating proactively with customers.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of related experience designing and operating enterprise unified communications infrastructure.
  • •Hands-on experience with Cisco networking and UC solutions including Cisco CUCM, CMM, CMS, TMS, Expressway, Webex, and Microsoft Teams.
  • •Experience with Cisco UC technologies including Cisco Emergency Responder (CER), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco Presence Server (IM&P), and Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE).
  • •CCNP Collaboration on Telepresence/Video (CCIE desired) and experience equivalent to Cisco CCNP Collaboration with design/planning focus.
  • •Experience with UC routing/integration strategies and troubleshooting across enterprise switching, routing, firewall, balancers, cloud, MPLS, SD-WAN, and QoS, with strong documentation skills.
