Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and integrate new enterprise Unified Communications systems and technologies, ensuring completion, documentation, testing, and integration into UC enterprise services.
  • •Provide Tier 3 expert oversight for design, implementation, and operation of enterprise UC core infrastructure technologies and equipment.
  • •Lead planning, securing, and forecasting of enterprise UC initiatives globally, including solving, architecting, and operating new UC solutions in a mission-critical environment.
  • •Define quality UC system architectures and drive integration/interoperability of UC with multiple applications and platforms.
  • •Create monitoring and reporting to expose quality metrics, support fault isolation/performance management, and provide real-time assistance to UC multimedia operations and troubleshooting efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of related experience in enterprise Unified Communications design, implementation, and operations.
  • •Hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications products including CUCM, CMM, CMS, TMS, Expressway, and Webex, plus Microsoft Teams.
  • •Experience with Cisco CER, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Presence Server (IM&P), and Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE).
  • •Expert knowledge of UC infrastructure working over switching, routing, firewall, load balancing, cloud, MPLS, SD-WAN, QoS, and WAN technologies, with strong documentation skills.
  • •Strong communication skills to represent the team in briefings and presentations, and experience with ITIL and Agile/DevOps processes.
