Build and maintain production-grade internal tools used across the company, working directly with the CEO and management team. Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and maintain internal tools and dashboards used across operations, recruiting, finance, and engineering coordination.
•Integrate AI capabilities such as LLM workflows, autonomous agents, and retrieval systems into internal tools to automate processes.
•Deploy and operate applications on-premise, ensuring reliability, security, and data confidentiality.
•Work with the CEO and management team in tight iteration loops to gather needs, prototype quickly, and refine based on real usage.
•Establish lightweight engineering practices including versioning, testing, and monitoring for fast-moving internal products.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience as a Software Engineer, Data Scientist, AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Full-Stack Developer.
•Experience building and shipping production-grade SaaS applications end to end (frontend, backend, database, deployment).
•Proficiency in modern web stacks such as TypeScript/React, Python/FastAPI or Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
•Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs into applications, with familiarity with agentic frameworks and tool-calling patterns.
•Ability to deploy and maintain applications in on-premise or self-hosted environments (Docker, Linux, CI/CD) with comfort around security and access control basics.
