Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide desk-side support: install, configure, and upgrade hardware/software; diagnose issues and resolve problems remotely and/or onsite.
  • •Deliver IT infrastructure support, including network issue diagnosis, printer access onboarding, and operational support for servers, desktops, printers, and storage devices.
  • •Escalate and coordinate network-related requests and user access for the US team and other stakeholders.
  • •Perform vulnerability monitoring and vulnerability remediation, including system hardening aligned to CVEs and troubleshooting connectivity or OS issues involving vulnerabilities.
  • •Ensure SLA compliance for uptime response/resolution and coordinate software release upgrades and documentation tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •College graduate with a preference for Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • •At least 2 years in the related field, including experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
  • •Knowledge of IT security technologies and the ability to perform vulnerability remediation and system hardening to mitigate CVEs.
  • •Experience troubleshooting connectivity and OS issues, including providing clear remediation efforts to system owners and leadership.
  • •Ticketing experience with systems such as ServiceNow, plus IT infrastructure knowledge like printer server management.
