Job Summary

Provide L2/L3 networking managed services by proactively identifying and resolving client incidents and complex technical problems. Ensure zero missed SLA conditions through incident response, advanced troubleshooting, network changes aligned with change management, and compliance with internal and client standards. Produce network analysis reports, participate in operations review meetings, support improvement initiatives and projects, and coach junior team members while maintaining operations documentation and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide Level L2/3 IT network security operations support for clients.
•Respond to incident calls and ensure client SLA conditions are met.
•Perform network changes in line with the organization’s Change Management processes.
•Ensure compliance to internal and client policies, processes, and standards; prepare network analysis reports.
•Support operational improvements and projects, hand over from projects to operations, and conduct knowledge transfer/training.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience providing network operational and administration support for Cisco routers, switches, and WLAN.
•Cisco CCNP certification (minimum).
•Diploma or degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
•In-depth knowledge of network routing and switching technologies and protocols.
•Knowledge of network security, load balancing, and optimization technologies; experience with Cisco ACI is required.
