Principal Highways Engineer

Lead the technical delivery of major roads and highways projects across the ACT and Australia, from planning through detailed design and construction support. Manage multidisciplinary design teams to deliver on-time, within budget outcomes, review designs and ensure compliance with Austroads and client standards. Build relationships with key government and transport agency clients, provide mentoring and guidance to engineers, and support business development through proposals and opportunity identification.
